and selection of the appropriate resources, designing and prototyping the solution, and refining and fine-tuning to achieve
the best results. Our consultants can form the technical team in its entirety, or provide team members in various roles
to complement and bolster an existing internal team.

| Off-Shore Management

| There has been a recent trend toward off-shore outsourcing
of technology initiatives by companies in an effort to save money. This advantage is often nullified by several pitfalls
inherent in projects outsourced overseas. Communication and logistics are often impeded by the distance, time differences,
and cultural differences. Enough emphasis may not be placed on understanding how the technology solution will address the
problem and be integrated into, and used by, your business. Inadequacies in gathering and interpreting requirements, and a
lack of design experience have been observed to derail technology initiatives and rapidly deflate the project budget.

| Although there are some drawbacks to off-shore outsourcing,
off-shore resources can still be leveraged to realize some cost savings in technology initiatives. Delaero can provide
off-shore management services by either integrating and managing off-shore resources for discrete portions of the
development, or by acting as a third party to guide and manage the client’s chosen off-shore solution provider to ensure
the technical design is solid, the solution is implemented in accordance with the design, and the solution still solves
the business problems it was intended to.

learn new technologies and to better utilize existing technologies in the work place. Training can be done on an
individual basis in a mentoring role, or can be done for groups on-site.
