Consulting
Feasibility Study Working with the founder of a healthcare startup focused on building a decision support system for clinicians, Delaero performed a technical feasibility study and produced a roadmap to help the company proceed in the correct direction.
Roadmap Delaero conducted a series of discovery and design sessions with KLD Research and Analytics, a prominent financial research firm specializing in socially- conscious investing. The product was a roadmap to design and implement a new product offering by KLD through their current web enabled research tool.
Software Development
Payroll Processing System Working through Kronos Inc, Delaero was contracted to develop custom modules for a payroll processing system for the State of Hawaii by extending the capabilities of the Kronos Workforce Central product. Delaero consultants led the technical design and requirements management of the solution and are currently working in a consultative role to the offshore team responsible for the development.
Underwriting Support System Delaero is currently building an underwriting support system for a managing insurance agency in Boston. Delaero is providing the entire development team, and managing all technical aspects of the project. Read the case study to find out more about this project.
System Integration
Security Integration Consulting Delaero developed an extension to the Kronos Inc. Workforce Central product to allow integration with almost any security framework with minimal configuration. Delaero analyzed the current security framework of Workforce Central, prototyped a solution, and supported that solution into production. Read the case study to find out more.
Enterprise Data Integration Prototype Delaero created a prototype for a data integration project for a major retailer in Europe based in the United Kingdom. Delaero gathered the system requirements and created a successful prototype to move information between all business units in the organization including Human Resources, Payroll, and Time and Attendance using Microsoft’s Biztalk.
